We figured something out a long time ago; poly bags are of little use if they can’t arrive in time for our customers to use them. That’s one reason we adopted the slogan, “Poly bags, when YOU need them.” To do this, we try to maintain a cushion of excess capacity that will allow us to meet urgent needs. Even without the urgency, though, we maintain a lead time schedule that allows us to ship custom bags in half the time most of the others in our industry take.
